CSR

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You may also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communications channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers (external & internal) at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing NanaMacs’ products inside and out so you can answer various questions
  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary – following procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Checking stock and quantities of products
  • Follow standard procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Build relationships and trust with customers through friendly and helpful communication
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service Process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, grammar and spelling skills
  • Excellent typing skills, computer savvy, 50+ WPM
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must have a great attitude and willingness to work
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are not
  • Must be able to pass background and drug test

 40 hours / week Monday - Friday 9-5
