Creative Marketing Specialist

NanaMacs is seeking an experienced Creative Marketing SpecialistΒ to join our Creative team. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing content utilizing SEO and KPI strategies. This role will be responsible for writing and analyzing cohesive brand content NanaMacs’ websites and social media channels. This position will report to the VP of Marketing and work primarily with the creative and marketing teams.

Β Responsibilities:

  • Create copy content for multiple platforms, such as the website, email marketing, videos, blogs and press releases while maintaining a cohesive brand voice
  • Create copy content for social media posts and social media marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers while utilizing current trends and hashtags
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of the website and generate traffic to the site
  • Use social media analysis tools to identify top conversations, trends, and influencers
  • Collaborate with influencer managers, influencers and utilize user generated content (UGC) to incorporate into content, posts, blogs and press releases
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
  • Refine new and existing content based on web data metrics to maximize engagement
  • Edit and proofread content across teams to ensure a high quality standard
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams including creative, customer service and influencer management to develop new ideas for content and posts
  • Regularly track and analyze hashtag trends
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to visual details
  • A friendly, positive and professional demeanor
  • 50+ WPM typing speed
  • Experience working with an E-commerce platform
  • Experience using social media management tools
  • Expertise with social listening, community management, and (UGC) tools
  • Creative collaboration with cross functional teams from briefing to content delivery

  • Bachelor’s in Communication, Writing or Marketing

Monday - Friday 9-5Β  Β  Salary $15 - $19Β /hr DOE
