Shipping

Due to a new system implementation, our shipping operations, including order processing, will be paused from Wednesday, July 27th 12 pm pst to Sunday, July, 31st 11:59 pm pst.  We will resume processing any pending or new orders placed during this timeframe beginning Monday, August 1st. All upgraded orders placed between Wednesday, July 27th 12 pm pst to Sunday, July, 31st 11:59 pm pst will be processed and shipped on Monday, August 1st, 2022. NanaPass has been disabled during this shutdown.




Upgraded Shipping and NanaPass:

  • Upgraded shipping and NanaPasses must be added at the time of purchase.
  • Upgraded shipping orders are processed the same business day if the order is placed prior to 12:00 PM PST (excludes weekends and holidays). 
  • Purchases made through comment sold are not eligible for upgraded shipping or NanaPass.
  • If you forgot to add NanaPass to your order, please purchase your NanaPass separately within 12 hours of your original order, and email help@nanamacs.com with your new order number for the NanaPass, as well as your original order number.
  • NanaPass is only eligible to be added to 1 order.

FREE US Shipping: All U.S. orders ship for FREE with UPS & USPS

Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. Free Shipping orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

PRIORITY MAIL

You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.00. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM PST. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 

UPS

You may upgrade to various UPS shipping options. Rates are calculated live using our discounted rates. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM PST. Delivery times are not guaranteed. 
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
UPS Ground can take 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited UPS shipping options are available on the checkout page. 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Idaho within 5-10 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY 

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more, using USPS, DHL or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.
