Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Our company strives to create a fun, innovative and creative environment with a focus on fashion, technology, craft, and people.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team on a part-time basis.  The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, a positive team spirit and a strong attention to detail.

 Responsibilities

  • Inspect garments to ensure they are free from damage or defects
  • Bag garments
  • Create and apply labels to garment bags and tags
  • Update inventory levels and product information in Shopify
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Put processed items away in their corresponding inventory locations
  • Open returns
  • Perform cleaning, organizing, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able to stand/sit/walk throughout shift
  • Must be able to frequently bend, reach, lift and move bins
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work at a fast and efficient pace without making errors
  • Must have a great attitude and willingness to work
