Model/nfluencer Coordinator

NanaMacs is looking to hire a Model/Influencer Coordinator who will be the key point of contact and support to the creative content team, models and influencers. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating model schedules, communicating with models/ influencers, coordinating and processing influencer orders and performance tracking. You will additionally assist with product preparation for live feeds, photoshoots, social media content and more. This is not your typical office desk job. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to visual details
- A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Experience working with Mac computers
- Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets
- 50+ WPM typing speed
- Experience working with an E-commerce platform
- Familiar with clothing, including textiles, styles, fit, etc.
- Basic social media skills including posting (Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, Pinterest, YouTube, and Tiktok)
- Experience with iPhone photography and videography, including lighting, photo editing, and re-sizing for social media platforms
- Customer service or reception experience
- Creative collaboration with cross-functional teams from briefing to content delivery
